Depressing service

Bought headphones at the end of November 2021. Realised over the next month or so that the sound was increasingly cutting out intermittently in one ear. The only way to contact them was through the online form. Weeks later I received a response with a link to book the headphones in for service, except it didn't work, because the product I bought wasn't an option on the website. Sent a message asking for further help. That was a month ago, and no reply. At this point, and judging by the other reviews here, I don't think I'll bother sending them for service even if it does happen someday. Which is a shame, because the problem only gets worse and sooner or later they will stop working completely. What a shame, the only time in my life I've spent money on a pair of headphones.Wish I had checked Trustpilot before I bought them but it's not what you'd expect from a supposedly reputable manufacturer.
