Terrible Customer service !!! Avoid avoid

My TW2 earbuds died about 2 months into use. When I sent them back for a warranty repair I was sent out £100 cx earbuds to replace my TW2 which cost me £270. Called over 10 times each time given the same empty promises by the 2 female call centre staff in the UK. Offered online gift balance which never happened,t hey will promise to call you back.... and never will.I Basically feel like I have been scammed by a so-called reputable company. Please avoid and do not lose your hard earned cash like I did.
