Dreadful and unacceptable repair time

I sent some headphones off for repair at the beginning of November 2021 and have have just received them back in mid February 2022- a full 16 weeks later. There were lots of unhelpful emails promising things that didn't happen - they even omitted to put my house number on the return package which caused a three week delay too. I did this once before in 2017 when the repair operation was in the UK and got the mended cans back in 10 days. This recent episode involved sending to Germany and was an unmitigated diaster. DON'T USE THIS SERVICE - it's terrible!!
