awful customer services, purchased momentum 3 headphones in white, just wanting to swap to black version. chatbot is useless and nobody to contact. Decided to return the item instead.global-e service- portal at first did not work, then when you find the returns it flips into Dutch, where the crafty default setting is that you offer to pay your own return rather than the gratis DHL service.Would have stuck with the headphones in a different colour- however the whole customer service experience has persuaded me to look at another manufacturer (B&W/Bose/sony) for my new headphones.
