Bought RS195 headphones directly from Sennheiser. Headphones have significantly worse audio than the set we have had for years which were a fraction of the price. Attempted to return in line with their promised returns policy. Sennheiser make it almost impossible to return an item and after over a month still no refund. It cost £40 to send the goods back where they have sat in a postal depot for the last 3 weeks. Customer services do not answer queries, they send links to their website without addressing the concern. Worst buying experience I have ever had and a terrible product - not a patch on previous products. It feels like they are trading on their previous reputation and don't care about the customer anymore. Will never order from them ever again.
