I have had for a long time and been very satisfied with a set of Sennheiser wireless headphones. They were still fully functional except that the operation of the on/off switch on the headset had become very erratic. I emailed them asking if they could supply a replacement switch, which I would be well able to fit (so far as I can tell it is only possible to buy this particular type in bulk). Eight days later they (as Sennheiser hearing) got back to me saying that they had no stock. Strangely though, the said that were the phones in warranty (which they definitely aren’t) they could offer to carry out a service – which would certainly need exactly the same part. So I fixed it myself, cutting a hole in the casing to fit a different type of switch. Thus I cannot fault their equipment but the service does not seem to bend over backward to be helpful.
