Warranty Repairs nightmareI ordered wired earphones a while back, and for some reason they stopped working in one ear. So I contacted the warranty support. There is no direct contact number, you have to complete an online form. Seemed like applying for a mortgage but I did anyway.I got the email with case number and asked to wait for another email with postage label.Second email came, I printed off the label, guess what, I have to pay the postage. Ok, off to Post Office, sent it off as signed for delivery.One month since its delivered to their service center, no response.There is no contact number on the website to call. So googled it and found a number. I am waiting for 20+ minutes now and no one answering.Apparently all their staff is busy, looks like they are now manufacturing sub-standard products that are breaking far more often than they used.Luckily, these were not very expensive headset, so won't be bothered too much.However, WILL NEVER BUY sennheiser products again.
