Without a shadow of doubt the worst customer service and company I have had the displeasure of buying from and trying to resolve an issue. I purchased Momentum TW3 earbuds from them as the name is one of the best in the audio industry. Well that was what I thought, the right earbud failed to charge after a few months. I got a returns slip sent to me extremely fast so far so good it thought. I packaged up my earbuds sent them the following day 05/12/2023 I emailed them after the new year to find out if my items had arrived ( tracked so I know they had) only to be told they haven't received them and can I send proof of postage. I sent this and now I keep getting emails asking for proof of postage. I keep asking for a manager to call me and repeat this on a weekly basis which seems to fall on deaf ears excuse the pun as this is about earbuds. if this was a cheapo set of ear buds I wouldn't bother but this was almost £300 worth of their poor craftsmanship of a product. To anyone thinking of buying any of their products please look elsewhere and buy something better like Bose at least their customer service works for the customer.
