I purchased a headset directly, but three months later, the Bluetooth function stopped working. The support team informed me it needed to be replaced and directed me to send it for returns. It's been two months, and I haven't received any updates on my headset's status. For such an expensive headset, the service has been lacking, considering I've only been able to use it for three out of five months since purchase. I'm now considering options for a refund.
