Disappointing experience with headphones.

Poor customer service and disappointing quality.

Stores lack product availability.

Stores do not bother to keep products in stock. I attempted to purchase at a retailer, but they did not have the items available. Another store advertised products but had none for sale.

Overall disappointing experience. Avoid.

After having positive experiences with their wired headsets, I bought some wireless headphones about eight months ago. While the sound was good, other aspects were lacking. They were bulky, had limited battery life info, and basic functionality. Initially, I enjoyed the sound quality, but they began to malfunction after a couple of months. I faced issues with sound loss and connection drops. After sending them back to see if I could get a refund, I received them after an unreasonably long wait, with poor communication. I ended up replacing them with a more reliable set. I would not recommend these products.

Two months waiting for replacement/repair.

I purchased a headset directly, but three months later, the Bluetooth function stopped working. The support team informed me it needed to be replaced and directed me to send it for returns. It's been two months, and I haven't received any updates on my headset's status. For such an expensive headset, the service has been lacking, considering I've only been able to use it for three out of five months since purchase. I'm now considering options for a refund.

Lack of service after purchase.

After buying an expensive headphone, I encountered an issue with the earpad coming off. I provided evidence and requested a replacement earpad. However, they insisted I send the entire headphone back to determine if I'm eligible for a new earpad, which is frustrating given the high price. I would have expected better service after such a significant investment. Great sound, but the customer service is lacking.
