Lack of service after purchase.

After buying an expensive headphone, I encountered an issue with the earpad coming off. I provided evidence and requested a replacement earpad. However, they insisted I send the entire headphone back to determine if I'm eligible for a new earpad, which is frustrating given the high price. I would have expected better service after such a significant investment. Great sound, but the customer service is lacking.
