I bought a Sensibo Air and room monitor bundle as an upgrade to a Sky model that I have had for several years. The new device has never worked properly, dropping the Wifi connection which is very difficult to establish in the first place. Reaching out to their support only results in long emails of lists of things to try, which are cut and pasted from the support website. None of the suggested fixes work. Very frustrating company to deal with despite their supposedly good reputation. I'll never buy another Sensibo product again.
