Not Worth the Price

This product is overpriced; many features are non-functional. Numerous capabilities are locked behind a paywall. Basic scheduling options are nonexistent. My older heating system has better features and energy efficiency. I'm truly disappointed that I spent so much on a product that only serves as a remote control for my air conditioner, and I regret the purchase.

Deceptive Warranty & Unresponsive Support

Update: Months later, the support continues to be misleading and evasive. Simple yes/no questions are ignored or answered vaguely. It feels like either gross incompetence or intentional obstruction. The real issue lies not just with the device but with the support team. I bought several units, believing they would work with my system, but encountered numerous issues. Despite my detailed troubleshooting, they consistently failed to perform basic functions. When I inquired about warranty coverage, they delayed and ultimately canceled my extended plan before providing a clear answer. Since then, they've repeatedly asked for information I've already submitted. It's a frustrating cycle designed to waste time and avoid accountability. If you're considering this product, be aware that once the return period ends, you're on your own.

Not Suitable for Rental Properties

I purchased this kit to regulate guest AC usage between 21–25 °C. After extensive testing and reaching out for support, I discovered that the restrictions do not function in Auto mode, which is typically used by guests. This critical information was not disclosed, and it took significant effort to obtain an answer. Until this issue is resolved, the product is not appropriate for rental property owners.

Subscription Model is Frustrating

Basic features like auto shut-off are hidden behind a paywall. It's akin to buying a refrigerator and then being expected to pay extra for the freezer functionality.

Avoid This Device

I strongly advise against purchasing this device. It offers no value for the price. The app is cumbersome, connecting to the unit is challenging, and it restricts you to one air conditioner. For the same amount, you can find much better options that allow multiple connections and are of superior quality. This device is by far the worst I've encountered.

Received a Used Device Instead of New

I ordered a new unit directly from the company. It arrived promptly, but I discovered it was an opened box containing a used device that was registered to someone else. I expected a factory-sealed product, and instead received a used one. This is unacceptable! When purchasing new, the company should not substitute it with a used item. I reached out to their support for a replacement but have yet to receive a response.

Difficulties with Subscription Cancellation

I really like the product, but I was drawn in by the attractive annual subscription for new filters. I've tried to cancel this subscription three times, but their customer service is nearly impossible to reach for this purpose. They respond quickly if you need to change your shipping address, but not for cancellations. It's unfortunate because I genuinely enjoy the product, but the hassle involved in canceling the subscription means I won't purchase from them again.
