Extremely Disappointed with the Service

This experience deserves no stars. After a month of being ignored, I finally received part of my order. I initiated a dispute with the payment service on 10/12/25, and the company responded on the last possible day, just an hour after my partial delivery. They even accused me of fraud, claiming I disputed after receiving my item. They referenced fair trade and credit rules, which felt insincere after ignoring countless customers for so long. I contested their response, pointing out that there's still an item stuck in transit since 1/12 that I haven't received. Unfortunately, the payment service ruled in their favor regardless. Communication remains non-existent. I highly recommend taking your money elsewhere to avoid this frustration with a non-local company.
