I purchased 2 of the Magnetic trains sets, some of the trains were faulty, so I contacted Sensory Toys to return the faulty trains and get the replacement trains.
The staff told me to email a photo and a video of the faulty trains. Two days later I got an email saying the replacement is on its way.
And it arrived with 2 brand new sets!
I was absolutely amazed as I only expected to receive the trains! I was already so pleased for not needing to go to the post office!
