I bought a Sensse LED SkinLift Face and Neck Toner Device from Boots. After a couple of months, part of the item went faulty (it still lit up, but there wasnt the buzzing/vibrating part working). I sent their customer service a video/email and also the proof of order from Boots, plus the despatch note from when it was delivered. Danielle responded almost immediately, arranged (at no cost to me) for the item to be returned to them and tested. I was kept up to date all the way through, and they confirmed a replacement would be sent. I use the item every other day and I can certainly see a difference in the quality of my skin.If you are buying one, just make sure you keep all the receipts so you have it all to hand if you have an issue.
