I ordered what were suppose to be multifocal glasses that darken outside. They are not multifocal and thry don't darken outside. They are nothing more than dollar store readers for about $2. Total rip off by these crooks.
Did not know item was being shipped from Italy. Tracking number invalid and they claim it went to my post office and it was delivered to my house. I never received it nor my post office to deliver. Contacted company and said to contact my post office. Well I did and of course they told me never received and probably a scam. I had sent them at least 3 emails about it. So had to contact my credit card company to dispute. Never again will I deal with a company when item is coming from a foreign country and tracking info from either track 17 or logisticsGot scammed.
I ordered 3 Vacuum Suction phone mount devices on Nov 22 to give as stocking stuffers. I tried one out for myself ahead of Christmas and it will barely stick to clean glass and then not for long. It fell of so quickly, I never got around to mounting my phone on it.Support was responsive but they make you jump through a lot of hoops (sending pictures of documentation even though I gave them the order number) and then asking for videos of what was happening. AT the end of the day, their policy is I pay return shipping so it is almost pointless to pursue a return. Save yourself money and time and avoid this company and especially these vacuum suction mounts. TGTBT
No stars actually! SCAM stole my money basically. Never received the package, they say sorry it’s not delivered yet but it’s coming, please wait. Will not give my refund. Also charged me a different amount that what the package cost. SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This company is a total scam and preys on elderly people. My father placed an order for some lights on 11/11/2025. I found out about this the next day and attempted to cancel the order. I was told it was already sent and had to wait for it to arrive before it could be returned and refunded. Total lie. Received lights (from Abby Adkins 605 Bonnie St.LN Elk Grove, IL.) Not from Poland as originally claimed. They will not let me return them or refund anything. They just keep saying they are sorry. Never by ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!.
