I bought a 12000 senville and 1.3 years later it died cost me $250 to have a ac guy come check it and refilled Freon because he could not locate leak. Two days later empty again ac guy comes finds leak in head unit said for me to call Senville I did.The day I called was Canada Thanksgiving and a manager Samuel answered my call because of skeleton crew Holliday. Well Samuel was great professional and just plain good people person . I explained the issue I told him I was disappointed that this machine only lasted a little over a year and he sent me new head inside unit but I did have to pay shipping but you customer service was great but still disappointed because it cost $250 first A/C person visit $107 to ship new head unit $300 for second visit for AC guy to install new head unit. So it cost me $650 dollars to gets $900 unit running again. I am upset about that but your customer service was great product was lacking a bit but every company makes a dud every now and then.Hopefully it will last a lot longer this time.
