I successfully installed my unit using the lines that came with it, even though I had ordered two additional ones. I mistakenly chose the wrong gauge size for one, while the other was correct but unnecessary. The support team was very helpful in facilitating the return of both. Most importantly, our unit operates exceptionally well, keeping our entire home warm during these chilly winter months. I’m confident it will perform just as well for cooling in the summer.
The customer service group was fantastic, Oliver work late last Friday and collect my issues with a delivery and billing issue, Monday morning he call me back and told me they had a software issue with the website and my problem was resolved and the product was delivered to my jobsite on time Tuesday morning , Thank you , Thank you Oliver !!
I bought a 12000 senville and 1.3 years later it died cost me $250 to have a ac guy come check it and refilled Freon because he could not locate leak. Two days later empty again ac guy comes finds leak in head unit said for me to call Senville I did.The day I called was Canada Thanksgiving and a manager Samuel answered my call because of skeleton crew Holliday. Well Samuel was great professional and just plain good people person . I explained the issue I told him I was disappointed that this machine only lasted a little over a year and he sent me new head inside unit but I did have to pay shipping but you customer service was great but still disappointed because it cost $250 first A/C person visit $107 to ship new head unit $300 for second visit for AC guy to install new head unit. So it cost me $650 dollars to gets $900 unit running again. I am upset about that but your customer service was great product was lacking a bit but every company makes a dud every now and then.Hopefully it will last a lot longer this time.
I ordered an outside condenser stand. Stand design is good, sturdy, nicely painted. Ordering was easy, shipping was prompt; however the shipment was poorly treated and the box was damaged to the point that the inner bag of fasteners was torn and it appears bits may have gone missing. Instructions lacked a contents list so we are not sure what was included. Fortunately Ace hardware is nearby and some acceptable fasteners were found
