Signed up in November and so far am loving it. The products are as described, my skin is definitely looking more hydrated and brighter, and the value is better than other skincare subscriptions I have used. Yes, as some reviews note, in December and January, there were some shipping delays and website glitches which were frustrating. These appeared to be due to moving their warehouse to the US and due to a massive increase in subscribers during the holiday season. I found the company was quite responsive and feel they have done a fantastic job in correcting any errors and compensating customers (I received an extra product in my Feb box).
