So far I am loving getting to try the items in my curated boxes! I’m sure others have mentioned this company is still getting their legs underneath them because of their massive growth. I needed some help and Leo was able to help me with this month’s box. You may need to have some patience with them, but so far I am enjoying the community they have built and the products!! It’s great to find others that have my very specific skin type to help me as well!
I absolutely love this company. While yes, sometimes the shipments take a while, it’s always worth the wait for me. The products are top quality, every product is full-size, and it’s worth its weight in gold. Keep up the fantastic work, SBC. 🩷
My experience has been great. However, they continue to contribute to something I’ve tried so hard to get a handle on - my personal addiction. I just have to have all the skincare I hear about online and from friends. Now that I’m a SAHM, I’ve had to learn how to do it economically. Seoul Beauty Club allows me to do just that!!The boxes have always exceeded my expectations. The response from customer service has also always exceeded my expectations. If you are wondering if you should try it, I would say absolutely. It’s worth it!
The boxes they provide is life changing. I thought I’d get authentic Korean products, but my skin changed at the age of 45!! Each product is amazing and thoroughly thought of for the end user. I’ve paid hundreds in “excellent” American products, so their boxes are a steal! And you’ll actually see results. I’m a forever fan of the subscription boxes.
Every month I receive a curated box of the most amazing skincare products. My complexion is radiant or as I have been told "soft, healthy and glowy" ... glass skin. The box I receive each month is the ultimate in self care. Customer service is amazing and I am very happy I started this monthly subscription.
I have been a every other month subscriber since October of 2025. I love this niche company who is making highly effective and performative products available to us in the states. They are a rapidly growing business and have experienced some shipping changes, warehouse updates and more. They have always been communicative and thoughtful. I am excited to see where this business goes and I am excited for amazing skin!
They are unbelievably amazing. My skin is glowing, and they are very personable. You can have a conversation with the founder himself, along with his team.

Quality and quantity rarely go hand-in-hand… but Seoul Beauty Club provides both! Tried this subscription on a whim, hoping to find products that would agree with my 40 yr. old sensitive papulopustular rosacea prone skin…. And now 4 months and two SBC boxes later, I have the best skin I’ve had in over a decade!! They provide full size recommended products- and I always feel as though I get my money’s worth and then some!These products have been gentle yet effective and I have been happy to discover some new favorite staples for my routine. I like being able to customize my recommendations based on what I need or want to try. Thank you SBC for giving me my confidence back.
I signed up in August last year and get boxes every other month. Aside from some delays around the time they were moving their warehouse, which is completely understandable, my experience has been wonderful. The products are fantastic as well as being a good value. Being able to fill out the survey and have products tailored to my wants and needs has probably saved me a lot of money in wasted product by taking the guesswork out of trying to find products that work for me by trial and error. There has literally not been a single product I received that I didn't like or that reacted poorly with my sensitive skin. I have found customer service to be very responsive when I have had any questions or concerns. I just renewed my plan this month and plan to continue to do so in the future.
Love SBC subscription Beauty Box. The products are authentic. Full size, great value based on subscription price. The customer service is fantastic. So many ways to contact them. I get my box every month, loving trying korean makeup and skin care. Love the vision of the company of helping with mature skin. It feels like Christmas every month to me. When my box arrives.Shipping times can be slow at times because of the amount of new subscribers. But I dont care. Great things will arrive and im totaly okay with that.
