This has been the BEST way to try Korean skincare that isn’t just being overhyped in and tailored specifically to the U.S. market. Even though there have been some hiccups along the way, as is pretty typical with any new company, their customer service is top tier and I’ve always gotten an answer to my question and a solution to any issue that’s come up. The products have been great quality, too!
