This is a new company that’s growing so fast. I didn’t realize just how new it was when I signed up. It’s got the most amazing products straight from Korea and sometimes customer service takes a little while to get back to you, but they do get back to you. I LOVE the products I’ve received so far and I love the concept! I do the bimonthly box because I already have a lot of products lol but I’ve really enjoyed everything I got in my box.
