This website is a complete nightmare and has made up such ridiculous things to keep changing me. Even after assuring me that my subscription, that I never signed up for, was canceled and I would never be charged again, I was. I emailed them right away about this and they told me there was a mistake and now it was cancelled and I would get a refund and sent me a link to follow the refund. After not seeing a refund for a week and 2 unanswered emails, they sent me a email saying that the product was sent last year and since I received the product so long ago, I could not receive a refund. First of all, I lived in a different state a year ago. Second of all, the charge was from a week ago. They keep making these excuses that make zero sense and are sooo frustrating. I have their emails telling me my subscription was cancelled last month so I know I’ll get a refund but I really want to get this website shut down because they are liars and scammers and you can get these products for a much better price in so many other websites, including Amazon, with no subscriptions or other BS. DO NOT BUY FROM Soulglo.co. You have been warned!
