If I could give zero stars, I would. The customer service is appalling. When placing an order, there are no clear options; the first button leads you to inflated prices and significantly delayed delivery. I accidentally completed an order and immediately reached out via email. The response I received was that my subscription was canceled without my consent, and I was offered a trivial discount for a future order, which is absurd since I never subscribed. I clearly stated my wish to cancel, but I've received no further communication, and it’s been two weeks. This is unacceptable.

I requested a refund, but they denied it and insisted on a return for reimbursement. This feels like a scam!!! I returned it but have not received any money back. They are also unresponsive.

I’m echoing what many have said before, but it truly is a scam. I ordered a cream months ago, and they have charged me for it every month since. Contacting them was difficult since they only accept emails and I couldn't find a phone number, so I had to dispute the charges with my bank. I might have to replace my card, so whatever you do, AVOID THIS PLACE!
