This company is committing fraud. I never agreed to sign up for a subscription, yet they have been sending me products and charging me for the past three months. I have written email correspondence with their customer service representative, where I specifically asked them to cancel the subscription. They assured me it would be canceled, but instead I have continued to receive three months of unwanted products and charges. Despite repeated requests, they have given me no recourse and no resolution. This is dishonest and unacceptable business practice.
