If I could give zero stars, I would. The customer service is appalling. When placing an order, there are no clear options; the first button leads you to inflated prices and significantly delayed delivery. I accidentally completed an order and immediately reached out via email. The response I received was that my subscription was canceled without my consent, and I was offered a trivial discount for a future order, which is absurd since I never subscribed. I clearly stated my wish to cancel, but I've received no further communication, and it’s been two weeks. This is unacceptable.
