Company is a scam. I bought something back in early February from them. After 2 months I finally reached out to them asking for a refund. Instead of the refund they “sent out another package” without my approval. I told them I had no interest in their product anymore and continued to ask for refunds 3 additional times. They declined every time explaining because the other package had already been sent- which was not my ask.
Extremely poor customer service, unheard of shipping timelines, sketchy sketchy company.
If you’re considering buying from these guys- don’t. Run the way other way as fast as you can.
