Company is a scam. I bought something back in early February from them. After 2 months I finally reached out to them asking for a refund. Instead of the refund they “sent out another package” without my approval. I told them I had no interest in their product anymore and continued to ask for refunds 3 additional times. They declined every time explaining because the other package had already been sent- which was not my ask.
Extremely poor customer service, unheard of shipping timelines, sketchy sketchy company.
If you’re considering buying from these guys- don’t. Run the way other way as fast as you can.

This is a scam. 6 weeks later, no product received. Do not order anything from these jokers. They are refusing to refund, as the good is in transit. They have sent me two different tracking numbers. 3 weeks ago it was in Germany, and now in Wuhan, China.
The company listed their product and basically added double in fees. But I authorized that. Then, they immediately charged my credit card more than I authorized. I reported the charge as fraudulent and contacted their customer service. They said they would refund the difference, but they never should have charged more than I authorizd. Be careful.
I am still waiting for my Natural Beeswax that I ordered sometime in May. I am thinking that maybe I won't be getting this product after all. I already paid for this product, including sales tax, which we don't pay in NH and a pretty large amount for shipping. Can I have the courtesy of a reply??
I was shocked to see how comfortable these shoes were with the first wear! They look really cute for being so cheap! I would recommend getting your true size because I thought they would run small and I had to exchange for a smaller size.
