The item received was completely wrong. I ordered a 'world's smallest violin' that should be electronic and play a tune, but instead received a non-electronic item that looks entirely different. They insisted it was correct and demanded I pay return shipping or accept a £2 compensation for a product that cost £13.98. I will be seeking a full refund.
