The item was claimed to be shipped from the USA. The tracking showed it took 2 weeks to leave the country, followed by 4 days to reach a location in the UK, specifically in a field in Lincolnshire. Unsurprisingly, it never arrived. I reached out multiple times for a refund, but each time I was met with vague assurances that "it will turn up eventually." It has now been 52 days since I placed my order. Terrible experience and very poor customer service. I strongly recommend avoiding this company.
