If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered a Christmas gift for my mother on December 10th, but there were delays in dispatch, leading to it being sent out late on December 14th. I still haven't received the package and have been trying to reach the customer service team, as they seem more responsive than the seller. This morning, I was informed that the package is being returned to the sender, which could take up to 7 days, and then the sender will contact me about the next steps. Throughout this ordeal, I've reached out to the seller four times for assistance but have received no replies. This has been my first experience with the company, and I doubt I will choose them again.
