The order I received arrived used, with visible signs of prior use, such as someone else's eyelashes and fingerprints in the face powder. I returned the item, but I did not receive a refund. When I contacted customer service about the issue, they did not believe my complaint. As a result, I now have to dispute the charge through my bank. This experience has been very disappointing. From now on, I will shop with Space NK, as they have consistently provided better service than this company.
My first delivery was unfortunately lost during transit, but it was recovered and delivered about a week later, which I really appreciated. However, the replacement shipment raised concerns. The package did not appear to be in its original condition—it was wrapped with sellotape, and there was a hole on the side of the box what caused the item I was most excited about missing. I raised a complaint regarding the missing item, but it has now been almost a week with no response.

Extremely disappointing experience. I returned a parcel via a local service on 23/12/25 and received an email confirming it was sent back to the warehouse on 27/12/25. Since then, the parcel has been stuck in the carrier's network with no updates. I've exchanged numerous emails with the support team, only to be told a refund was issued and would arrive within '2-5' working days. However, no refund has been received. Upon contacting them again, I learned that no refund was actually processed because the parcel hadn’t reached the warehouse yet, despite previous assurances. After expressing my dissatisfaction with their handling of the situation and the conflicting information, I was again told a refund was issued. I even received 'proof' of this on 02/01/26, but as of today (15/01/26), there’s still no refund or updates, and the responses remain the same. I would strongly recommend avoiding this company, as my repeated inquiries have left me no closer to understanding the status of my refund.
I ordered a gift card to arrive before December 25, which is my daughter's birthday. The delivery service has proven to be incompetent, claiming it was delivered when it clearly was not. The reference numbers provided do not help, and I am left wondering how to process a refund since it will not arrive on time.
