I ordered a gift card to arrive before December 25, which is my daughter's birthday. The delivery service has proven to be incompetent, claiming it was delivered when it clearly was not. The reference numbers provided do not help, and I am left wondering how to process a refund since it will not arrive on time. Given the numerous complaints about their poor service that have made headlines, I would have expected some effort to improve, but unfortunately, that has not happened.
