I returned an item from order FN109646368 and provided proof of postage showing the parcel was handed over at the parcel shop. It has now been over 10 working days, 18 days and my refund has still not been processed.
Customer service confirmed they are investigating with their courier, but in the meantime the refund remains outstanding. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, refunds should not be unreasonably delayed once a consumer has evidence that the goods have been returned.
I appreciate that courier issues can happen, but customers should not be left waiting indefinitely while this is resolved internally. I hope the company will resolve this promptly and issue the refund as expected.
Update: I will revise this review once the refund has been processed.
