It was my first time to purchase at sephora.ph so I was very excited. They said it will be delivered in 5-9 business days but it took them 15 business days (almost three weeks) to tell me the items were damaged and that they will just refund. What’s worse is my parcel arrived in the Philippines as per package tracking website but it just stayed with the courier Aramex for one week because the item was marked “unmanifested.”Their phone number sucks too. It is just a voice prompt that will say they cannot take call so just send them an email. And it takes forever for them to reply. Customer service is so sloppy.
