Since we don't have a choice, we still order from Sephora Philippines. I would like to say, the products they carry are great, but service is really bad. For the nth time, just today, I've had another order problem. The items in my cart were not delivered as shown, and they claim that its because I used a discount code. So yes, I did not get the freebie which is the sole reason I ordered. Now I'm stuck with products I still have tons of and did not get what prompted me to place the order in the first place.This is not just the first time. My husband ordered some stuff as gifts for me, and as usual, the gifts didn't arrive and he was given "points" of lesser value than what he's supposed to get. Three instances (yes, I keep count) of missing freebies and rewards items I purchased with my points, and them being small items- I did not complain anymore.
