I ordered products, as usual, I put my correct shipping address and I checked it twice before checkout even though my shipping address is already saved in my account (FYI: It's not my first order). I thought everything will go smoothly. However, when my order was shipped, in the tracking they gave me it showed they put a wrong City, in a different island in the Philippines! I contact them immediately especially Sephora Singapore who is assigned to ship it. SG replied once, insisted they put the correct address, while I never heard from Sephora Philippines at least once. Now my orders are in a different island of the country and I don't know if I will still receive it because their customer service sucks!
