My experience with the service has been very disappointing. I sent two DNA samples through Express international mail, incurring a significant postage cost, and the package has been stuck in U.S. customs since October 24. The tracking indicates that the samples haven't moved for weeks. I reached out for assistance and received only one response, which merely reiterated the information I had already provided in my initial email. Since then, I've sent four additional emails over several weeks, all of which went unanswered. There has been no follow-up, no support, no contact with USPS, and no effort to help resolve the issue. For a service dealing with sensitive DNA material, this level of customer care is unacceptable. I’m not seeking an “update” — the tracking details are already accessible. I expected the service to take responsibility as the recipient, provide guidance, and present a solution, but instead, I was met with silence. Given my experience, I cannot recommend this service at all.
