1. Takes a very long time to get results.
2. They charge you for expediting results.
3. You get your results in bits and pieces.
4. The site is extremely difficult to navigate
5. The AI feature cannot access your results, it simply rehashes what you need to do in order to try and figure out your results
6. The genome feature often doesn't work for the categories you are trying to search. I was not able to access specific genomes. When I put in the "condition" I was trying to find, it sometimes came up, sometimes it didn't. Way too fragile and difficult to understand and access. I was kicked out of the system multiple times.

9. I guess if you're some kind of genius this might be helpful to you. For me, it was a waste of money. I simply wanted to know if I carried a specific variant - and it was impossible to figure out. I still don't know if I carry the JAK2 variant. Maybe. Maybe not. Lol. It's the only reason I paid for this test.
10. Trying to get assistance from an actual human is impossible.
