While used service for around 3 years. Bumped into disappointed attitude as a client when decided to cancel contract. Be aware: Service-Is-Not-Refundable! It just killed me when asked about mid term cancelation. No refund. Hundreds in budget are waisted now. Awful.Some minor hiccups:1st: very inflexible cabinet/roles management. Admin needs to confirm own email upon sharing permissions.2nd: Used to have AI overview. Then went away at some point. Asked support, brought back.Needles to say AI overview don't see the half of the real situation (even GA4 sees more).3rd: a year or so ago silently removed online chat. Now only through main Help feedback form with days to reply.
