Just tried out their "so-called" trial of their software to find 1/2 of its shut off and says "upgrade" instead of giving you any idea of its capabilities. What a sham. Why would i subscribe when you won't show me the data that you supposedly have of my website?

I raised a support request regarding the ranking discrepancies three days ago, but I have not received any response so far.Due to the inaccurate data and lack of timely support, I unfortunately lost a client. Reliable reporting and responsive customer service are critical in this industry, and this situation has caused significant inconvenience to my business.I hope the company improves the accuracy of its data and strengthens its customer support system to prevent similar issues for other users.

I have been using this platform for some time now and I am very satisfied. First of all, the interface is very user-friendly and intuitive — you can figure everything out quickly. The functionality is extensive, and the data quality is top-notch. I also want to highlight the excellent value for money; it’s definitely one of the best SEO tools on the market for its price. While used service for around 3 years. Bumped into disappointed attitude as a client when decided to cancel contract. Be aware: Service-Is-Not-Refundable! It just killed me when asked about mid term cancelation. No refund. Hundreds in budget are waisted now. Awful.Some minor hiccups:1st: very inflexible cabinet/roles management. Admin needs to confirm own email upon sharing permissions.2nd: Used to have AI overview. Then went away at some point. Asked support, brought back.Needles to say AI overview don't see the half of the real situation (even GA4 sees more).3rd: a year or so ago silently removed online chat. Now only through main Help feedback form with days to reply.

Use to think this was a good company.The tools are fairly easy to use. Price was good. Picked up hidden issues. No problem.But then they decided to MOVE people from Legacy accounts to a new one. But in doing that, forcing customers to a new account level, which is at least 50% INCREASE in costs.When you sign up for an account, you agree there will be nominal increases over time. But, NOT a sudden over 30 day before, 50%-70% increase.Outrageous. And no matter what you say, they regret it, know it is insensitive to the customer, uncomfortable for the customer.Doesn't matter. Management feel, move them, bump their costs by minimumn of 50% and lump it.Or move. Be warned. If you are with them now, or considering it, they might, in a year, decide to do it again - and you go from maybe £50 a month to £75 or £80 a month, with no option. Argue it all you like - they will not budge.Be very very careful who you choose.If they had been more decent, and offered a better new deal on this, I may have submitted a kinder review and rating. But to do this, is just rude, frankly arrogant and wholly uncaring to the client.We care, but we'll still do it!Sure. ----SE RAnking replied below.However the fact remains, they closed a type of account, pushed me into a new one, which WILL be ending at 50% INCREASE on my price before the move.I had no choice. Unless I leave, no choice but to. pay 50% more. NOT IMPRESSED!
