Their customer service is horrible. I had cancelled my subscription months before they sent me another box. They even admitted it was their mistake, but because it's company policy NOT to send pre-paid return labels, it was my responsibility to eat the cost of returning the box. I may as well have burned $11.00.
They offered 10% off if I kept the product or a $25 gift card to Serenova. Why would I accept either if I was unhappy with the results, which led me to cancel my subscription in the first place???
Their mistake should not be my problem, and certainly not come out of my pocket.
