The day I was being charge for a subscription order that I forgot to pause. So I went to the Seranova Customer Support on there website, Marie was great and very patient with helping me with everything I asked. She was able to help me stop the order from being shipped out and also get me a refund.
The product is very easy to use. The instructions are very clear and understandable. I am enjoying the results. I find myself looking in mirrors more often to make sure it is me. I bought this as a birthday present for myself. It was the best present I ever received.
This company offers a 90 day satifaction money back guarantee. This gave me the confidence to purchase their micro needling kit. I wasn't satisfied or happy with the product. I tried it 3 times, which was half of the kit. The rest was still sealed, and I wanted to return it. The guarantee is meaningless if you have already tried the product. How can you know until you try it? I did end up getting 30% of my money back, but I think their guarantee means I should have been refunded at least 50%. I would not use this company again, as I feel their marketing is downright misleading.
I ordered the 3 month supply with the moisturizer, I tried it for a bit and didn't see much of anything, so I went on the website to cancel the subscription. When I logged into the site, it showed no active subscriptions, so I figured I read it wrong and hadent done the auto shipments. Much to my suprise, I got an email saying my subscription had shipped and they had charged me. I immediately reached out to Seranova and they told me it was to late to stop the shipment, but that I could return the product when I got it for my money back
After fighting them that I tried to cancel it and even showing a screenshot that it said no subscriptions and their website obviously had the issue, they agreed to reimburse me whatever it cost me to ship it back. I received the product in the mail, didn't even open it, put a new label on and sent it back. Sent them all my shipping information for the reimbursement. Then I got a notification they only refunded a portion of my order and when I emailed asking why, they told me that I hadent returned everything (remember I didn't even open the package they sent) which would meam they charged me for everything but didnt ship me everything. Still waiting on my shipping reimbursement and still fighting for my full refund. Do not buy from this company. They are a joke.
Sasha, was extremely beneficial in totally resolving my problems. This is not the normal interaction that most companies' customer support gives their customers. In fact a lot of times you cannot get a response from their customer support. But, Sasha, responded very quickly with answers that totally benefited me. This is why I gave this a 5 STAR Review!!!
Prompt response by customer service in wanting to cancel my subscription. Even though a couple of incentives were offered to stay and appreciate the checking in to check my original request but at least I did not have to repeat myself, my original cancellation was just processed without my further involvement.
This is a fairly inexpensive at home microderm system. I have used 10 applications. I believe two of those were a bit faulty, the serum felt like it was running on my face instead of the needles piercing my skin and being deposited below the skin. I reached out to the company and they quickly replaced the entire box. I bought these primarily to focus on my neck area. I believe I am seeing a difference as it's not the first thing I see when I look in the mirror anymore. Nothing is a miracle. I also bought there deep collagen cream. I use it everyday, before any other moisturizer or eye cream.
One very important thing, the way the system is put together I feel is not meant for their targeted group. People with wrinkles generally are going to be older. I am 66 and in fairly great shape. I have had trouble with almost every bottle I have received getting it open. The system comes with a small bottle with a serum. You have to remove the plastic top then the metal top then the plastic plug. Then the other bottle the top needs to be unscrewed from the bottom so that you can pour the serum in I was able to do a couple of them. The rest I had to ask my husband to loosen. He had trouble with most of them. So just be aware if you have any trouble with your hands these are going to be difficult for you to open.
I would give this system five stars if it were not for the difficult packaging The Price is Right the serum seems to be working.
I received high- level/excellent customer service from Paula at Seranova. She was quick to respond and provide a solution for the defective product I received. A product replacement is on its way and she apologized for the inconvenience. I really appreciated the help and support received. Thank you Paula!
I didn’t start for a few weeks but right away I liked it better than another company I tried once. Obviously very similar BUT I liked Seranova better!
I will continue and can’t wait to see improvement!

Their customer service is great! I’ve never had any problems with orders, deliveries and any questions I had were always answered quickly. Their products are great. I’ve tried other microneedling products, but theirs is the best!! No joke, don’t waste your money on other products, Seranova is tops!!
