My recent customer service experience with Tanja at Seranovabeauty Customer Service was outstanding.
Somehow, when I placed my order I got confused. I didn't think my order had gone through. By the time I realized what I was doing wrong, I had ordered 3 boxes of product. And, by the time I figured this out, all three boxes of product had been shipped!
I talked to Tanja who assured me that I could ship the product back and get a refund. I was skeptical, but she was great. She stayed in touch for the couple weeks it took to get this all resolved.
I have more confidence in this company because of their attention to my problem. Thank you.
