I ordered the 3 month supply with the moisturizer, I tried it for a bit and didn't see much of anything, so I went on the website to cancel the subscription. When I logged into the site, it showed no active subscriptions, so I figured I read it wrong and hadent done the auto shipments. Much to my suprise, I got an email saying my subscription had shipped and they had charged me. I immediately reached out to Seranova and they told me it was to late to stop the shipment, but that I could return the product when I got it for my money back
After fighting them that I tried to cancel it and even showing a screenshot that it said no subscriptions and their website obviously had the issue, they agreed to reimburse me whatever it cost me to ship it back. I received the product in the mail, didn't even open it, put a new label on and sent it back. Sent them all my shipping information for the reimbursement. Then I got a notification they only refunded a portion of my order and when I emailed asking why, they told me that I hadent returned everything (remember I didn't even open the package they sent) which would meam they charged me for everything but didnt ship me everything. Still waiting on my shipping reimbursement and still fighting for my full refund. Do not buy from this company. They are a joke.
