Lack of Understanding Regarding Consent

The online assessment process requested audio recording consent, which was agreed upon. However, after submitting the audio for question 9, the screen failed to proceed to question 10, and unexpectedly activated the camera. Even after multiple attempts to submit and move forward, the screen remained unresponsive for over a minute. This seems to violate the Privacy Act and Australian Privacy Principles, as I did not consent to visual recording and had no chance to stop the process. This feels like a serious invasion of privacy. I requested the removal of my data and to withdraw my application, but received no response, indicating another breach of privacy principles.
