I typically adore the company, as everything appears stunning and of high quality upon arrival, but I've encountered issues with their bedding specifically. I purchased a duvet cover with blue piping, a fitted sheet, and large pillows, and they have deteriorated so rapidly within just a year, which is quite surprising. Previously, I had a different brand for 4-5 years before changing it just for a change of design, and it was always soft and comfortable. However, after using this new bedding from the company for a year, the duvet is practically falling apart, which is quite absurd. They didn’t feel any softer than other sheets I've used, so I find it hard to understand the situation. Moreover, their return policy is only 30 days with no guarantees, leaving me unsure about my options.
