Absolutely unacceptable experience.
• Ordered flowers on Monday for a guaranteed Friday delivery for a very special occasion
• Flowers never arrived — no communication or proactive update
• Follow-up had to be chased entirely online, with slow and ineffective responses
• First reply clearly hadn’t even read my message — they apologised for “damaged flowers” when nothing had been delivered at all
• Took another 24 hours just to correct that mistake
• No real apology, no accountability, no gesture of goodwill or discount offered
• By the time they suggested re-sending, the moment had already passed — completely pointless
• Now being told a refund will take up to 5 days… meaning nearly 10 days total for a failed order

Overall: poor service, poor communication, and zero understanding of how important timing is for this kind of purchase. Would not recommend.
