I am beyond disappointed with Serenata flowers. Not only did the 'bouquet' arrive spoiled, it was also lacking a greetings card (I had to get in touch with them to find out who was the sender). Beyond that, my email interactions with so-called 'customer service' were dire. After a preliminary, unsatisfactory response, I emailed them maybe a further 8 or 10 times, but heard nothing back. Zero. Like they'd shut up shop and disappeared. I was surprised at their lack of interest in my grievance and their cavalier attitude. My mother-in-law who sent me the flowers also tried to get in touch with her complaint and had similar short shrift. This doesn't seem to be a company that prides itself on either its product (my flowers were either dead or mouldy) or its customer service (non-existent after the first interaction). I believe this company owes a refund to my mother-in-law of £41.00 for neither delivering a suitable bouquet or the greetings card that she paid extra for and which was not delivered. From finding a waterlogged rain-soaked package thrown on the ground outside my front door and having to chase for a customer response to identify the sender, to endless unanswered emails has meant that this whole experience has been unpleasant (as were the mouldy tulips and iris which failed to flower). I simply don't understand their reluctance to engage with unhappy customers and cannot recommend this company.

My husband ordered me some flowers for our 62nd Wedding Anniversary . When the flowers arrived ( delivered by Evri ) the box was completely flattened and open and two of the tulips were snapped in half . A couple of other flowers were badly flattened . I contacted Serenata and sent them a picture . Received a very prompt reply and was offered a replacement bouquet or a refund .
Excellent customer service.

It was a bad experience, first they showed the flowers will be delivered on that Valentine’s Day then when I paid for it said it will be delivered be delivered on the 15th. I tried to complain and they apologised for it but the recipient said that it was actually delivered on the 16th. And the flowers were almost dry. Never again.

Emailed customer services on 15th and 16th Feb, both responses say will strive to respond withing 2 business hours. Am still waiting. Evro, their chosen courier, had apologised for not being able to deliver at 10.09 on Valentine's Day morning!?! Shoddy, useless and can get nothing out of them. I feel robbed of a pretty hefty sum of money. Stay Away.

Very disappointed with their service. My partner ordered me some flowers for Valentine's. He ordered them on the 13th and paid extra for next day delivery which they promised they could do if ordered before 9pm the day before. They not only failed to arrive on Valentine's day but the quality of them definitely didn't live up to the price of them when they arrived the day after at 1pm (15th Feb). Terrible service especially on a special occasion - will not be using again. DO NOT USE this company unless you want to be disappointed

Flowers were fine, but the packaging was disappointing

The flowers were in good condition upon arrival, but the box they came in was quite damaged. Unfortunately, I had to follow up to confirm if the flowers were delivered, as the card I had purchased was missing, leaving the recipient unaware of the sender.

Delivery failure despite early order

The flowers did not arrive even after ordering more than a week ahead. It appears that the service now relies on a specific delivery company, which is concerning. Fresh flowers should not be left in a warehouse! I've wasted £50 as the flowers never showed up and missed my Mum's birthday. I'm genuinely shocked and disappointed; I will not use this service again.
